Something I've noticed in years' past.
Beware of/Fade teams that have all of the following going on:
1) Need to win for their playoff drive
2) Are expected to win easily
3) Could be/are probably looking ahead to their last game the following week
4) Are on the road
This year, one team qualifies: Buffalo. They could make the playoffs with wins the next two weeks; they're a double-digit favorite; they've got Pittsburgh coming in to Buffalo the last week of the season; they're on the road.
Problem here is that they're playing a truly bad team in SF. But the Bills are due for Bledsoe to really kill them, which hasn't happened in awhile. I actually don't like that McGahee is hurt, which might turn up the intensity on the rest of the team. On the other hand, McGahee being hurt is a negative for the Bills offense, which may rely more on Bledsoe.
Take the points, and seriously consider the ML.
